SMS Terms

These terms cover the texts you can get when you join one of our waitlists and check the box for calls and texts.

The program

Program name: Flying Goat Leads waitlist texts.

These texts are for insurance agents who join the open enrollment waitlist or the FGL Teams waitlist, and who check the box to get calls and texts.

The texts are sent by Flying Goat Leads, a service of Skel & Spence Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a Flying Goat Agency.

What we send

We send recurring automated texts about:

  • Your waitlist request
  • Your account
  • New leads assigned to you

Calls and texts may use automated technology. Lead details come by email, not by text.

Sample messages

  • Flying Goat Leads (Flying Goat Agency): we got your waitlist request. We will email you about next steps. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Flying Goat Leads (Flying Goat Agency): 3 new leads just delivered to your email. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Flying Goat Leads (Flying Goat Agency): your balance is too low to receive new leads. Top up to resume delivery. Reply STOP to opt out.

How to join

Check the box on the waitlist form. It starts unchecked, and nothing checks it for you. We save the time, the page you used and the exact words you saw.

Consent is not a condition of joining the waitlist or buying anything. You get the same updates by email either way.

How often

Msg frequency varies.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts. Your mobile carrier may, based on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to cancel. You can reply STOP to any text from us.

Stopping texts stops texts only. We still email you.

Help

Reply HELP for help. You can also email leads@flyinggoatleads.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts go to US mobile numbers only.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The company that sends our texts gets your mobile number only to send them for us.
